The One and Only Palmilla, mexico

You can imagine how excited we were to get the call asking if we wanted to photograph Karl and Jasmine's wedding in Mexico! Oh yes please!!!

Its hard to describe how absolutely magical this place was. Not only was the day perfect, with Azure blue skys, and a location to die for, the legendary retreat is nestled on the turquoise waters of the Sea of Cortez.

It's hard to imagine a more romantic place for a wedding. The chapel is a gorgeous white Mexican design and a perfect setting for for a sunset wedding that was celebrated on the steps leading up to the chapel.

Jaz looked truly adorable in her gown by J. Andreatta, a beautiful blush pink, covered in sparkling jewels in a mexican themed design.

The day was full of laughter as close friends and family came together for this beautiful celebration. Jas and Karl each had 7 of their oldest and closest friends in their bridal party.

The ceremony was made even more special with family members partaking in a handfasting ritual, a symbolic tying together, using coloured ribbons.

Jas also wore her Nana's ring so that her presence would be with her throughout the day.
